Firm's History
In 2012
Our firm was initially established in 2012 to provide commercial practice, business set up, company registration, tax registration and labor registration services as well as assist the clients in protection and registration of intellectual properties, including trade mark, trade name and industry design.
In 2015
After Obtaining the license from the bar association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2015, we expanded our services to cover litigation, alternative dispute resolution labor arbitration and commercial arbitration.
In 2017
the Ministry Of Commerce recognized our firm as a Business Registration Agent, which is a qualification for assisting clients in incorporation and registration of corporate details with the Ministry of Commerce. We are also accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia to provide legal services in the securities sector.
In 2018
Our firm was recognized as a Tax Agent and issued the Tax Agent License in 2018 which allows us to provide tax filling and tax registration services to clients. More than this practical tax and legal advise, we are also accredited by the KICPAA for accountant and audit practice Our firm has the full services of tax, accounting, finance and audit practice across the countries.
In 2020
In Addition, our Founder established a notary public office, Avatar Notary Public of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in 2020 to provide notary services to our clients.
In 2022
our firm is accredited by the Cambodian Trust Regulator to provide legal services in the trust sector.
In 2023
our Founder was appointed as insolvency adminstrator of the Ministry of Justice and his profession as insolvency legal practice across the countries.
In 2024
our Founder was appointed as Cambodian governmental mediator of the Ministry of Justice and his profession mediation practice to activite the new way of solving the dispute resolution and support the alternative dispute process, likewise the mediation.
With these licenses, we are qualified to assist and represent the clients in the relevant sectors and practices. Our firm provides profession, reliable, and unique legal services to support clients' present needs and future growth.
